21 resolutions for the year 2001

So what it's already February?

  1. Write more - Writing is (usually) enjoyable and good for my sanity
  2. Be happy - This is a left-over from last year but it still applies
  3. Keep up my fitness routine - I've done really well with the running and biking. Makes my body happy!
  4. Save money - Just because it's there, doesn't mean it needs to be spent
  5. Eat at home/take lunch to work - Too much restaurant food is bad for the pocketbook
  6. Improve my time management - I need to schedule time for work and time for play
  7. Update Vertigogirl.com - It makes me and my readers happy
  8. Be nicer to my hands - another holdover from last year. I really need to do it this year...
  9. Unclutter my house - We have too much crap! Down with crap!
  10. Learn to make sushi - mmmmm, sushi!
  11. Get massage treatments for myself - It goes along with being nice to my hands but I need to be nice to the rest of me too
  12. Call friends I don't see very often - It is too easy to always call the same people to do stuff
  13. Take some trips - Getting away for the weekend or even day trips would be a very good thing
  14. Go back to ballet class - I stopped going last summer thanks to the ankle sprain and have had excuses every week since then
  15. Spend more time helping my mum - It's too easy to be caught up in my own life. We need to spend more time together
  16. Continue growing my hair past the nasty medium phase - Ugh! The medium length hair phase is such a nightmare but I will persevere! (maybe...)
  17. Challenge myself - I mustn't let myself get into ruts.
  18. Share the housework out more evenly - Either that or hire someone. I'm sick of doing way more than my share!
  19. Wear a uniform at work - Scrubs and a t-shirt at the clinic, PJ's at home. :)
  20. Drink more wine/grape juice - It's supposed to be good for ya, and it is very yummy!
  21. Keep up the campaign for Shiny Clothes - It's still the future, baby!
